Safety is paramount at any event and we make it job to ensure that everything runs smoothly and professionally. All Lingwood Secutiry employees undertake stringent identitication checks and full training through the Security Industry Authority (SIA) before commencing work.

It is important for a steward to be versatile and able to adapt to different crowds and events. Our steward’s skills, developed and honed through various training programmes, enable them to act on their feet, judge each situation clearly, and undertake their role professionally and efficiently.

Prior to the commencement of any event, representatives from Lingwood Secutiry will visit the prospective venue and undertake a full security survey. We will then assign an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the event’s security.

All Lingwood Secutiry staff are fully briefed and familiar with the venue’s layout to ensure the event is managed to the organiser's – and the local authority’s – specifications. We also make sure that all our stewards are easily identifiable in a crowd by supplying high visibility clothing, and, should any problem arise, all stewards have radio access, making communication quick and effective. Some of our Door Security will also be using Head Cams to record any incidents that may occur. The footage may also help in possible convictions for the police.
